Robert Raetzsch

A 5^th generation Seguinite and an attorney with a focus on real estate, probate, estate planning, and business, Raetzsch has served on numerous professional boards and committees relating to his law practice. Raetzsch is committed to the enhancement of Seguin and its environs and has served on numerous committees and charitable and Civic Boards, including without limitation The Guadalupe County Underground Water District Board, the Child Protective Services Board (including Chair), the Seguin Mental Health and Retardation Board, the Seguin Library Foundation Board, founding Board Member of the Texas Agricultural Education and Heritage Center Board, Seguin Chamber of Commerce Board, Chair of the Seguin Conservation Society, Chair of the Seguin Long Range Planning Commission, founding member of the Board of the South Central Texas Community Foundation and President of the Guadalupe County Bar Association. He has also been on the Church Council and Chariman of the Congregation of Emanuel’s Lutheran Church. Raetzsch has strong ties to the community and wants to see it prosper and meet its potential. “I believe that the Seguin Area Community Foundation will be a great vehicle to improve the quality of life in Seguin and surrounding communities,” he said.
